I use Sync for files that need more security like my financials and client contracts. Sync makes it easy to store, share and access your files from just about anywhere. I’m using it as a more secure alternative (and in addition to) by Google Drive storage.
Sync protects your privacy with end-to-end encryption — ensuring that your data in the cloud is safe, secure and 100% private. You can share files and folders with links, use passwords and even expiration dates on those links if you wish. I highly recommend this site, even for the FREE version which gives you 5g! Upgrade any time.
Even though I am a graphic designer by trade and use professional programs daily, I still find Canva handy and I use it frequently.
Canva has templates, elements, even images you can use for free to create custom graphics for your business. It’s really easy to use and has just about everything a small business needs.
There are both free and paid versions.

TinyPNG.com and TinyJPG.com will reduce the file size of your image files. For FREE! Compressing your images will use less bandwidth and your site will load faster. The result is a quality image without wasting storage or bandwidth! Always make sure you use a copy of your image so you have the larger version should you need it for anything else. You can always go small but you can’t always go bigger again without losing image quality.
I use both of these two sister sites frequently.

This is by far the best, most reliable, and easiest Instgram reposting app I’ve tried. I've been using it for a long time and highly recommend it.

FONT and GRAPHICS SOURCE
TheHungryJPEG is a great resource where you can find fonts of all kinds (fun, script, etc), graphics for projects or social media and they also have bundles of graphics and fonts together that are perfect if you create your own printables. One of my fav parts…the FREEBIES! They have tons of them and they change all the time.

AgoraPulse is well-known for it’s social media management acumen. It’s efficient, cost-effective, provides reporting that can amplify your message and make what you’re posting even better! You truly get the most out of this software. To call it a scheduler truly doesn’t do it justice. Client approvals, social listening, reposting (repurposing) evergreen content with ease, and it helps you learn more about your audience to make the most of your content and posting schedule. I’ve found AgoraPulse is great for agencies and businesses that manage many clients with multiple social channels. I used this scheduler for a long time. It is very cost effective and offers a ton of features. It’s perfect for smaller agencies. It’s easy to use and edit posts as well as providing a great way to curate content to help you fill out your feed. For the cost you get so much!

Simple and Cost-Effective Social Media Management Tool for Teams and Agencies
Squarespace is the all-in-one platform to build a beautiful website or online store.
This is the platform I use to create sites for clients as well as what I use for my own sites. I like it because of the ease of editing and layout, the immense tutorials on their support pages, and the security I get knowing they manage that part and I never have to worry about updating a security plug-in. Squarespace costs more per month (in dollar spend) than say a Wordpress site but in my opinion the security you get and stability let alone all the other features is worth it. I don’t have a lot of free time. I’m working to build my business…I don’t want to worry about updating plug-ins and finding new one’s.
You can do email marketing, further SEO, get analytics, set up an ecommerce store, gather emails through forms, an SSL certificate is included, and more. I highly recommend Squarespace especially if time is valuable to you. It’s worth every penny.
